Stainless Steel Strip

Stainless steel strip is simply an extension of ultra-thin stainless steel sheet. It's a narrow, long steel sheet primarily produced to meet the needs of industrial production of various metal or mechanical products across various sectors.

There are numerous types of stainless steel strip, with a wide range of uses, including: 201 stainless steel strip, 202 stainless steel strip, 304 stainless steel strip, 301 stainless steel strip, 302 stainless steel strip, 303 stainless steel strip, 316 stainless steel strip, J4 stainless steel strip, 309S stainless steel strip, 316L stainless steel strip, 317L stainless steel strip, 310S stainless steel strip, 430 stainless steel strip, and more! Thicknesses range from 0.02mm to 4mm, and widths range from 3.5mm to 1550mm. Custom designs are also available.

Stainless steel strip includes: stainless steel coils, stainless steel spring strips, stainless steel stamping strips, stainless steel precision strips, stainless steel mirror strips, stainless steel cold-rolled strips, stainless steel hot-rolled strips, stainless steel etched strips, stainless steel stretched strips, stainless steel polished strips, stainless steel soft strips, stainless steel hard strips, stainless steel medium-hard strips, and stainless steel high-temperature resistant strips. Cold-Rolled Strip

① Stainless steel strip/coil is used as raw material and rolled into a product at room temperature using a cold rolling mill. Typical thicknesses range from 0.1mm to 3mm, and widths from 100mm to 2000mm.

② [Cold-Rolled Steel Strip/Coil] features a smooth and even surface, high dimensional accuracy, and excellent mechanical properties. Most products are produced in coils and can be processed into coated steel sheets.

③ Cold-Rolled Stainless Steel Strip/Coil Production Process: 1. Pickling → 2. Room-Temperature Rolling → 3. Process Lubrication → 4. Annealing → 5. Flattening → 6. Precision Cutting → 7. Packaging → 8. Delivery to the customer.

Hot-Rolled Strip

① Hot-Rolled Strip is produced into strip with a thickness of 1.80mm to 6.00mm and a width of 50mm to 1200mm.

② [Hot-Rolled Steel Strip/Sheet] features low hardness, ease of processing, and excellent ductility. ③ Hot-rolled stainless steel strip/coil production process: ⒈ Pickling → ⒉ High-temperature rolling → ⒊ Process lubrication → ⒋ Annealing → ⒌ Flattening → ⒍ Precision cutting → ⒎ Packaging → ⒏ Delivery to customers.

Differences between hot and cold rolled steel strip

① Cold-rolled steel strip has excellent strength and yield strength ratio, while hot-rolled steel strip has excellent ductility and toughness.

② Cold-rolled steel strip has superior surface quality, appearance, and dimensional accuracy than hot-rolled plate.

③ Cold-rolled steel strip is ultra-thin, while hot-rolled steel strip is thicker.

Silicon steel strip

Grain-oriented silicon steel strip, also known as cold-rolled silicon steel strip for the telecommunications industry, is a grain-oriented silicon steel strip with a thickness of no more than 0.20mm. It is used to manufacture cores for various power transformers, pulse transformers, magnetic amplifiers, converters, and other applications operating at frequencies above 400Hz.

Cold-rolled steel strip

Cold-rolled steel strip for deep drawing is a low-carbon, high-quality carbon structural steel cold-rolled strip used for deep drawing and complex drawn parts. Usage: Widely used in the automotive industry, aviation industry and other sectors, with large usage.
